Your Estimate Process
We do ask that you are available for the entire duration of your appointment. Your estimate can take 60-90 minutes depending on the size, scope and condition of the home.
Step 1: Project Walkthrough
We will need you for the first 15-30 minutes of your appointment. Your Estimator will walk the home with you, ask a few questions to get an idea of what your looking to have completed & search for any rotted siding that we may need to address.
Step 2: Measurements & Write-Up
After your Estimator finishes the walkthrough you are free to go about your business while they take measurements, photos and write up your quote. Kick back, relax, sip some coffee. They’ll knock on your door once they your quote is finished.
Step 3: Quote Review
Once your quote is completed your Estimator will sit down with you to go over different options and see what works best for you and your family. This is your chance to ask any questions you may have and see if we’re the right fit for each other!
